1. The client rents bicycles of "My Beautiful Parking", located in c/ Cervantes 5, ground floor, 08002 Barcelona, under the following terms and conditions:

2. Bicycles, padlocks and helmets are rented and returned to the aforementioned premises. The minimum time of rent is one hour and five hours for student bikes (see prices).

3. When a bicycle is rented, a guarantee deposit of 100 euros in cash is needed, which shall be returned to the client upon return of the bicycle. The rental also accepts deposits of documents of identification as a guarantee, such as driver's licenses, passports and national identity documents; in such cases the 100 euro cash deposit is not necessary.

4. "My Beautiful Parking" rents bicycles in perfect condition and hopes to get them back in the same state. The client accepts all responsibility for possible damages or loss of the equipment during the rental period and is liable to "My Beautiful Parking" in compensation for any damages or the loss of the equipment.

5. My Beautiful Parking" is not responsible for any personal damages or other type of damage to the client cause by the use of the rented equipment, and is in no way liable for the client with regard to Spanish traffic regulations and risks that may occur by using the bicycles.
